Can I try Pro for free?
Yes! You can start with a free account and upgrade anytime. Your first event is always free to host.
What happens to my events if I downgrade?
Your existing events will remain active. You just won't be able to create new events beyond the free tier limit until existing ones complete.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?
Yes, you can switch billing cycles anytime through your account settings. If you switch to yearly, you'll get credit for any unused time on your monthly plan.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our secure payment partner, Stripe.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No long-term contracts! Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime. Yearly plans are billed upfront but you can cancel auto-renewal.
What's the difference between Personal and Business accounts?
Personal accounts are for individual hosts and players. Business accounts are designed for game stores, cafés, and venues with features like store hours, location maps, and follower systems.
How does business verification work?
Business Pro subscribers can apply for manual verification by submitting business documentation (like Articles of Incorporation or an EIN letter). Our team reviews submissions within 1-3 business days. Once approved, your business profile displays a verified badge.
