Managing Your Subscription
Billing Portal
Go to Settings → Plan → Manage Subscription
From the Stripe portal, you can:
- Update payment method
- Change billing cycle
- View invoices
- Cancel subscription
Cancellation
When you cancel:
- Premium continues until the end of your billing period
- No refunds for partial periods
- Features revert to free tier after expiration
Identity Verification
Premium users can verify their identity:
- Go to Settings → Verification
- Click Verify Identity
- Complete Stripe Identity verification
- Receive your verified badge
What Verification Does
- Confirms you are who you say you are
- Increases trust with hosts
- Shows a shield badge on your profile
What Verification Doesn't Do
- NOT a background check
- NOT a guarantee of behavior
- NOT required to use GatherRound

Refunds
