Business Verification
Business Pro subscribers can verify their business to earn a trusted badge.
How It Works
- Go to Settings → Verification → Business Verification
- Fill out the verification form with your business details:
- Legal business name
- DBA (if applicable)
- State of incorporation
- Business type
- Website (optional)
- Upload supporting documentation (one of the following):
- Articles of Incorporation / Organization
- Certificate of Formation
- State-issued Business Registration Certificate
- EIN Confirmation Letter (IRS Letter 147C)
- Business Bank Account Letter
- Submit for review
Review Timeline
Applications are reviewed manually within 1-3 business days. You'll receive an email when your verification is approved or if additional information is needed.
After Approval
Once verified:
- Your business profile displays a verified badge
- Players see that your business has been verified
- The badge shows on your events and profile
What Verification Means
Verification confirms:
- You submitted valid business documentation
- The business exists as a registered entity
Verification does not:
- Guarantee the quality of your events
- Constitute an endorsement by GatherRound
- Replace any required licenses or permits
