How to Report

Reporting an Event

Go to the event page
Click the flag icon (mobile) or Report (desktop)
Select a reason
Add details
Submit

Reporting a User

Visit their profile
Click the menu (⋮)
Select Report User
Choose a reason
Submit

Reporting a Rating

Go to Settings → Feedback
Find the problematic rating
Click Report
Explain the issue

What Happens After

Review — Our team reviews all reports manually
Investigation — We may gather more information
Action — Appropriate action is taken
Follow-up — In some cases, we'll update you

Possible Outcomes

Warning to the user
Content removal
Event hidden/deleted
Account suspension
Permanent ban

Emergency Situations

If you're in immediate danger:

Call 911 (or local emergency services)
Get to safety
Report to GatherRound afterward

We cannot respond to emergencies in real-time. Always contact authorities first.

Tips for Effective Reports

Stay factual — Describe what happened objectively

One issue per report — Don't bundle unrelated concerns

False Reports

Submitting false reports violates our Community Guidelines and may result in action against your account.

Reports are confidential. We don't share reporter identities with reported users.
